EFR Response Course
EFR Emergency First Responder Details:
Emergency First Response® primary and secondary care training teaches you what to do in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive.
You will learn how to perform CPR, provide first aid that eases pain, assess a variety of injuries and illnesses and numerous medical guidance practices.
PADI EFR (Emergency First Response) is based on the principles of ILCOR (International Liason Committee On Resuscitation).
Emergency First Response courses encompass adult, child and infant CPR and first aid skills, and incorporate Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) training and emergency oxygen use.
The Emergency First Response courses build lay rescuer confidence to provide care when faced with a medical emergency.
Both courses ( adult & child EFR ). Comprise of knowledge reviews & final exams. Adult efr has 15 skills ,both primary & secondry care. Child efr has 12 skills. They both incorporate scenarios to put there newly acquired skills into practise.
